Participants should book flights directly to Penang International Airport (PEN). Please submit flight itinerary details to the Organizing Committee for airport pickup arrangements.

Ensure passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond your stay. Official invitation letters will be provided by MSDeaf upon registration confirmation to support visa applications.

BUS SHUTTLE

Complimentary shuttle bus services will operate continuously between official recommended hotels and all sports competition venues throughout the duration of the games.

Dedicated medical emergency teams and ambulance vehicles will be stationed on standby at all official sports venues and hotels to ensure immediate health response and safety.
